Does anyone know if Pepper Hamilton’s salary is on the old 180k scale? I saw that the firm is lockstep but I couldn’t find any information on the lockstep numbers.
I know Pepper Hamilton isn’t the greatest form and has terrible bonuses, but it is a lot better than my way below market firm that pays bonuses that are just as bad, if not worse, than Pepper.
Any info on the lockstep raises would be great.
