Cravath interview format for entry-level attorney (not summer)
Does anybody know about the interview format at Cravath for attorneys going into a specific group? I’ve heard they are pretty much open format for summers—-is it the same for an entry-level position?

I'm not sure what you mean by specific group--Cravath kind of prides itself on not siloing associates into litigation subgroups. Anyway, I went through this process recently and it was pretty standard: a series of interviews (mostly with partners) punctuated by a lunch with a couple associates. The only atypical thing is that you don't get a tentative list of interviewers beforehand as your would at most firms. And there's also a possibility you'll continue interviewing after lunch, but that didn't happen to me.
