Biglaw trust and estate litigation?

Post by Anonymous User » Fri Mar 01, 2019 10:14 pm

Question - do any (Chicago) biglaw firms litigate will contests? Moderate sized estate with family members alleging undue influence. Pulling out all of the stops in terms of expense. I know that most biglaw trusts/estates practices work primarily in estate planning as opposed to litigating, but are there any firms that would litigate a will/trust contest regarding undue influence claims?

If so, can you recommend firms/names who can assist?

Thanks. Wish me luck. ☠️
