Resources for Lateraling
Hi all. Thanks in advance for the help. Does anyone know of any good resources for preparing application documents (e.g., resume, cover letter, etc.) when lateraling? I'm a 2nd year associate working at a V50 in NY and looking to lateral to MIA. I haven't done the whole application thing since OCI, so not really sure what firms are looking for in terms of application documents. Any advice would be much appreciated.
