It’s always fun when the firm is making tons of money, having a great year, etc. and associates get blasted to bill more.

I wouldn't be shocked at another round of salary increases, but I think it's unlikely. I think mid-year bonuses are even more unlikely, but higher year-end bonuses might be realistic.
My firm, like many others, had another record-breaking year, so they can certainly afford all of the above.
