Looking for Tech Transactions Associates to Answer Some Qs
I'm considering doing a rotation in the tech transactions group this summer, but I wanted to get more info before putting it down as a preference. Would any former or current tech transactions associates in either boutiques or big law talk about their experience practicing (on both the deal support and licensing side). I'm really trying to get a feel for what the day to day work looks like, how much you enjoyed it, what the worst and best parts were, etc.
