I work at a firm that does a lot of private contracting as well as some public contracting (mostly construction/development). We also have a large litigation practice in that field. I have seen a few acquaintances at similar firms go in-house with companies that do a lot of government contracting (aviation, defense, communications, etc.). It seems to be a lot more laid back but with good pay and great benefits.
Has anyone here worked for a company doing government contract work? What's your take on it? Did you enjoy it? Any insight into pay and benefits?
Thanks!
