Anyone know which firms have summer positions and what it takes to get hired?
I put together a rough list of firms I could think of below:
- White & Case
- Greenberg Traurig
- Weil
- Boies
- Hogan
- Holland
- Jones Day

Re: Miami Big Law - Summer Associate
W&C, GT, and H&K generally take about 20 between them (roughly evenly split).
Bilzin takes another 5-6 of which 1-2 are 1Ls.
Hogan and Jones Day are in the 2-3 range.
Weil is small and you shouldn't count on Boies.
Biggest omission from your list is McDermott - they pay Cravath scale and take 3-4 summers, but offers are group specific.
Also worth looking at Carlton Fields. Believe they still pay 145 but strong Florida roots - they take 3-5 summers in Miami.
