You should, of course, fully disclose both incidents. That said, the only one you really need to explain is the first one, about the unauthorized use of the key. You don't need to explain the second one at all, beyond noting that you were found "not responsible."

How serious was the first violation? Was it an innocuous mistake, such that a "young and foolish" explanation would likely suffice? Or was it some kind of premeditated act, like using the "master key" in an attempt to commit some other crime or academic violation? If in any doubt re severity (and this could potentially be viewed as severe, given that it's a "breach of trust" type of act, and lawyers are big on being trustworthy, as the profession entails considerable autonomy), consult a C&F attorney.
