Really interested in this practice area, but have no clue what the salary range is. Any insight would be appreciated!

I'm in this practice at a v100, and we are paid according to the regular salary schedule. For the smaller firms, it seems to vary widely depending on location, size of firm and sophistication of practice. Any additional details?awpw5136 wrote:Really interested in this practice area, but have no clue what the salary range is. Any insight would be appreciated!

Boutique pf only firm. Less than 15 attorneys total, but they are the biggest pf player in the state. (Deal with municipalities, conduits, the state itself, etc.) Southern region. I know the AG sets the fee schedule for the state, but I have no clue what partners or associates make on average in this field. Just curious if it’s similar to other areas or substantially lower.Anonymous User wrote:I'm in this practice at a v100, and we are paid according to the regular salary schedule. I'm in a secondary market, but we have a similar boutique firm (size, clients, etc.). That firm starts their associates sub $100k. Partners there make more, but some of the partners make disproportionately more than others. Salary varies widely from there. For example, the mid-size firms in town that have this as a niche practice (not their sole practice) range between $105k and $145k.awpw5136 wrote:Boutique pf only firm.
