Clock Reset After July Raises/Bonuses
After the biglaw industry raises this past summer, do firms promote you to the next lockstep year in January 2019 or does the clock start whenever you received the mid-year raise/bonus?

It will happen whenever the firm traditionally moves associates up a class year for comp (typically January).
