Happiness at Latham LA
My LA firm has been experiencing a pretty depressing bout of employee dissatisfaction and I'm wondering if folks at Latham (specifically litigators) are generally happy or if everyone is clamoring to leave.

Re: Happiness at Latham LA
People I've spoken to from Latham seem to enjoy it, granted they're also the people the firm sends to speak with law students, so heavy bias. But, someone I spoke with recently left the firm and said they were reluctant to leave and would be happy to go back (left for government).
On the other hand, I've also heard of associates who watch Netflix at work because their only assignment is doc review. So, I'm sure there are ups and downs.

What's wrong with your firm? How many syllables does its name have?
