Ogletree Deakins - Dallas
Does anyone have any insight into the salary scale (so, first through fifth year or thereabouts)? What about the culture? Work/life balance? Face-time? I looked on NALP and poked around online and couldn't really find much. Thanks!

I have a close friend who works in OD satellite office (not Dallas, secondary market). She says it’s a great place to work, get to collaborate and work with other offices, hours aren’t so crazy. But experience definitely differs depending on the office and the compensation isn’t great.
