At this point every firm in LA has given out multiple offers in an attempt to fill thier summer class. Right around now people with multiple offers will begin turning down offers and accepting their top choice. Some firms, who don't fill their entire class, will begin reaching into their reserve list and making offers to students they ghosted post-callback. This second wave of offers moves relatively quick, as students have a better idea of where they stand and usually don't hold onto late offers for multiple weeks. Once a firm fills its summer class they will (if it's a well run firm) send out dings to everyone on thier reserve list. If you haven't heard back at all from a callback that happened 1+ week ago, you are very likely on reserve and will likely receive a ding when the firm knows they don't need you, or if you get lucky they'll make you a late offer.
It sucks to not hear anything back (in the same spot), but that's just part of the OCI process.

I know of two people who received offers. One accepted and the other indicated that they would likely decline, but not sure if they have yet.
