Also got a pre-oci offer. They made it seem like it was uncommon for them to do so

Thanks! I had a pre-OCI CB a few weeks ago. Guess I’ll have to modify my level of optimism about AG. :?

A firm that I had a callback with has three interview days. One early last week (Mon/Tuesday), at which I interviewed, and then two more this week. I have yet to hear anything regarding an offer or ding. Thoughts?

Is there a possibility they are waiting to conduct all interviews and then extend offers?

I'm confused - are you saying you did a screener last week and heard they do same day CB notifications? Or you did a CB and heard they do same day offers?

When I had my CB last week they said they meet on Mon/Wed evenings to discuss and offers come out “quickly” after a decision is made...not wildly helpful but do with that what you will.

Sorry, I misunderstood. Did a callback last week and heard there were same day offers in the past.
