Offer Question
Firm doesn’t give out offers for 3/4 weeks after the summer has ended.... should I start mailing other firms? What’s the move? It’s a mid size firm, had really good reviews, etc

Re: Offer Question
Do they historically offer 100%? If so, and assuming you got positive reviews, I wouldn't worry.
If they historically don't have a 100% offer rate, absolutely start applying now - don't rest until you have that permanent offer in hand.
