I don't even know mental health is related to C&F.

I have a long history of severe mental illness. A few years ago I was involuntarily committed to a psych facility due to a failed suicide attempt. I never disclosed it when I applied for law school. Now I'm slightly concerned. So far I haven't given too much thought on the bar exam. I'm only a rising 2L so it won't be too late to drop out. After all, why take out all the student loans, knowing that I couldn't sit for the bar at all?
Although the dean of our law school said failing C&F is very rare occurrence, I'm not sure if he has ever met anyone being so badly ill. Could anyone verify if receiving mental health treatment has anything to do with C&F? Should I disclose it to the dean now and ask for advice?
