How does recruiting work from the inside for large corporations?
I'm curious, is the review process at bigger companies largely automated at this point? Once the HR team posts a position, is there some sort of filtering software that scans candidate materials for key words and spits them back out as matches? Or is it still a manual process where a human actually reads (or glances) at materials looking for key indicators? Anyone know?
