Looking to change cities, move to NY. I am a URM, T-14 with a summer SA in a different market.
Wondering which firms to target? How do I even begin to mass mail?

Try Kirkland NYC, I know they were hiring restructuring people from 3L classes.

After securing an offer, try transferring to the firm’s nyc office. I assume your firm has an nyc office
