Questions for US admitted associates in London/overseas

Post by Anonymous User » Wed Jul 04, 2018 9:00 pm

I’m spending my summer at the London office of a magic circle firm. Assuming that I’m gonna get a full-time job offer from my firm, I will probably need fo be admitted to NY bar. I know most NY bar admission ceremony is held after October. My question is: I will be starting my job as a first-year associate in London by late September next year, do I need to fly to NY for the swearing in ceremony by then? Thank you.
