Hurting my OCI chances?
At a t-13. Currently mass mailing every firm in regional market I have ties to. So far, I have received multiple emails from recruiters expressing their appreciation in my interest and stating how they are looking forward to meeting me at my school's OCI. Is this hurting my chances with these firms? Should I begin to limit my mailing to firms not attending OCI?

Nah, consensus on here as of late has been to massmail everyone, regardless of if theyre attending your OCI or not. Some people have said their career offices say it hurts, but career services also has a vested interest in keeping OCI alive and well. Obviously this pre OCI shift is a threat to them and their usefulness. Id keep up what youre doing.

Thanks. Just making sure I'm not being blacklisted by firms for doing it.SomewhatLearnedHand wrote:Nah, consensus on here as of late has been to massmail everyone, regardless of if theyre attending your OCI or not.
