From BigLaw Lit to Corporate
Hi all! I’m a 4th year litigation associate at an amlaw100 firm and I’m interested in moving to corporate/transactions, preferably in-house. I know, I know, it’s crazy and super unlikely but tell me there’s someone here who has done this. If so, how long did it take you? What year were you when you made the switch? What is your current salary? How do you like it?

Re: From BigLaw Lit to Corporate
I know of a 6th-year lit associate who switched to my former firm's finance group (which was separate from our corporate group). I believe he was considered a 2nd year when he started in finance. Can be done!
