Since there has been a call for transparency about firm compensation and other fringe benefits, will people share details about what those benefits are at your firm?

V10 satellite:

Coverage for vacations.
Free downtown parking (value of around $3.0-3.5k).
$2k tech stipend every 3 years.
2/3 off health club membership, up to $1000 per year.
Free LaCroix (and other beverages) and snacks.
Private banking (but need to meet certain $$$ requirements but less than usual requirements).
Health (w/ HSA)/Dental/Vision/Life insurance.
401(k) (no matching).
Law school donation matching (up to $500 per year).
Bar license fees.
Two bar associations fees.
Cost to attend law school alumni events in city covered.

Don't have to wait in line to speak to a teller.

$1k/yr. for gym membership is pretty great.

- Equinox all-access pass (or equivalent value at other gyms/classes)
- 10K interest-free loan every jan
- $65 phone data budget
- 1K 18-month tech budget (phones, tablets, laptops, etc)
- unlimited use $65 pp budget for first year to use w/ associate mentor
- 1K mentoring budget for 4th years to spend on juniors
- 1K client dev budget
- 1K charitable contribution matching
- private banking
- basically any professional fee you can think of
- lots of other stuff I cant think of
