It was a weird setup where all the interviewees were brought in on the same night at the same time, so I guess they made decisions that night.Anonymous User wrote:Has anyone started getting offers after callbacks?

I got an offer at a firm I prefer anyway, so it’s not a big deal, but I bid on Fitzpatrick at my school rather than PLIP and had the best screener I’ve done, but still got dinged.Anonymous User wrote:I heard back from them the night of that Super SaturdayAnonymous User wrote:Fitzpatrick did this on Saturday, but I haven't heard back yet.Anonymous User wrote:I think Choate does this. Now I know it’s because the class was probably already full.

Got a ding from Lerner David after being told I'll "definitely be recommended" to move on. Heard of some offers being made by BB and KE.

Heads up there's movement from Brinks for people who submitted resumes at hospitality suites. So if you're still in limbo for Brinks I'd give them a follow-up email to reiterate interest before someone else fills up the spot.

Re: 2018 PLIP
Finally have made my decision so I'm done! Thought I'd just post an anecdotal data point for future PLIP attendees.
Applied to 25
18 Screeners
11 CBs
3 Offers (went on 3 CBs and cancelled 8 CBs after first offer)
MechE background, ~3yrs relevant patent WE, just outside top quarter at a T25, LR.
Good luck to the rest of you and to those in the future.

Applied to around 15, though only 9 in my locale
6 screeners (had 8 but dropped 2)
3 CBE, 3 CBA
3 offers
Biology B.S. from a good school but with a low GPA (B/B+ avg)
Top 2% at TT, transferred to HYS (transferred after initial resume was due, but updated the firms during the screeners)
