What’s BB high tech? NYC? (Guessing based on Desmarais) Those went out on the Friday of.

So I received a ding from Covington and then 2 minutes later got an email from them recalling the ding. Should I just let it be or reach out to clarify?

if you like covington I'd reach out and reiterate interest and make sure to mention that you're pleased about the recall and politely ask for a clarification on next steps and if there's anything you can do or other information you can provide to further show your commitment to covington

I think Choate does this. fish and richardson too maybe.
