What to write about if you want to be competitive in the Securities market?

Post by Anonymous User » Mon Mar 26, 2018 8:10 pm

I will be working for a biglaw firm after graduation. Because of a particular, odd personal experience that I have, my firm asked me to write an article about Securities Regulation that they can publish on their website or even in a legal journal.

Assuming I will oblige, what do you guys think I should write about? This was more of a passing thought by one of the partners, as opposed to a specific request. So I can write about anything Securities related.

I was thinking something about blockchain regulation, but I feel like that has been discussed to death. But, I do love talking about blockchain. I also want this article to be about an interesting/relevant/current topic that will differentiate me in the future when I'm looking to lateral, if/when it comes to that.

What do you guys personally think would be an interesting article to read, as lawyers or just a normal non-lawyer human?
