thoughts on this? How common is it for law firms?
Is this guy crazy, or is there actually a reason to be mad at this? https://twitter.com/isamuel/status/977698592814223366
seems like pretty standard language, and most companies outside of law firms have this. I don't know enough about law firms to know if this is weird for them though.

Re: Munger Tolles Arbitration Clause
Munger walked back on including these clauses and says it will not do so for any employees going forward: https://twitter.com/mungertolles/status ... 2694384650
I wonder how this affects employees who already signed contracts with the arbitration provisions. Also, this seems to set the new norm for biglaw firms -- don't include such provisions, or face being called out on Twitter/ATL. Time will tell how effective a deterrent such public shaming actually is.

Re: Munger Tolles Arbitration Clause
There's been a pretty big drive for companies to remove compelled forced arbitration from harassment/discrimination cases. Silicon valley has been pretty receptive.Anonymous User wrote:thoughts on this? How common is it for law firms?
