Define "best"?
Best for a new grad to get a job at, or best for going to trial, or best for managing a massive case? They are different things.

From what my friends have told me, Susman Godfrey is the best.

Hogan Lovells might be a dark horse. Not Chambers ranked, but has some solid ex BB litigators and a smaller office / more junior responsibility.

Reviving this thread to see if anyone knows what distinguishes these firms. I know Susman is usually on top, but I was wondering whether there were notable differences in culture/work quality between the rest. Thanks!Anonymous User wrote: ↑Fri Mar 09, 2018 12:26 pmIn no particular order: Susman, McKool, Beck Redden, Gibbs Bruns, and Yetter Coleman

I would also add AZA to the list, and Rusty Hardin & Associates for some things if you are talking litigation generally.
