Grades for Restructuring
Are high grades a requirement for getting into restructuring with a big law firm? I know litigation typically does require this, but is restructuring different since it's kind a of blend between litigation and transactions?

Re: Grades for Restructuring
I don't think most law firms really care about your grades with respect to practice group selection. Once your grades are high enough to get you in the door, selecting a practice group is more about fit and the work you do as a summer.
