D.C. Recruiters
Looking to explore the lateral market moving from New York to D.C. Does anyone have any recommendations for recruiters for the D.C. market? Thanks in advance.

Take a look at Garrison & Sisson. I did not get a position through them, but I’ve had a few positive interactions and get the sense they know what they’re doing.

Tom Jones. Has his own recruiting firm, you can find him on LinkedIn. I used a number of recruiters in DC and he was by and far the best. Hands down would recommend him.

Try to avoid recruiters in dc. What position are you looking for? The firm I’m at is hiring junior/mid-level litigation folks

I second Garrison & Sisson. I used them for a lateral associate move into D.C. and was really impressed.

For those who used Garrison & Sisson, which practice area are you in and which recruiter would recommend contacting?
