I have old firm contracts saved (templates, old contracts, etc.). New firm doesn't have a template I'm looking for.
What's the rule on using my firm's old agreements at my new firm as a form/template, if I redact all the information? Is it frowned upon to tell the partners I have contracts from my old firm?
What's the "rule" on using forms of contracts from prior firm? Forum

I'd be interested to hear others' opinions on this. Partners seem to tote wills and trusts around with abandon, but then again not everything partners do is kosher. I can't see what would be wrong with this, though.
