Free Legal Advice to Friend
1st year at V100. Friend just asked me to take a look at a contract he's about to sign, and suggest language to be deleted. Is this allowed at most firms? Obviously not going to get paid, and this would take 2 seconds of my time...

Main concern would be for a conflict with your current firm's clients & potential for future litigation. Probably better to just say no.
Plus, you're not doing much of a favor with a quick ("2 second") review.
