Denver M&A/PE
Fourth year NY M&A/PE associate (v20) thinking about moving to Denver. No ties. Which firms should I be targeting? Are there any top firms that are less ties-heavy?

I would take a good look at Haynes & Boone. It's a fairly small, new office but the firm seems to be dedicated to growing it -- one of the top PE/M&A partners from Dallas recently relocated there. Presumably they're not very ties sensitive either.
