Im on the verge of being canned because my Dec and Jan hours are lower than 100 combined.

Busy for January for sure, a good month for most others. Probably going to hit about 190 this month, which is fine but also kind of sucks because the previous four months were brutal. I think we need to hire more people. Don't think they are.

Gonna end the month around 180. Been relatively busy but this and last weekend have been 100% work free.
