Is there one? I could have sworn they mentioned it in the PLI prep course and I found this on Patently-O.
However, looking here, it appears that there is no longer a subsection 11.11(d) (even though it is still referred to in 37 CFR 11.11(b)(1)).
A cursory google yields nothing but patent maintenance fees... which is interesting because on the one hand it suggests there is not an annual fee any longer, but on the other hand I would have expected Patently-O or somewhere else to have a post mentioning its repeal...
