Interested in white collar boutique
Current District Court clerk interested in criminal defense work at a white collar boutique. My Judge sometimes lets clerks help out with criminal matters but otherwise handles it herself. I haven't gotten to work on any criminal matters yet and went straight through - how important is it to have the relevant subject matter experience when applying for those firms? Thanks in advance.
