I've searched the threads, and there is some info (a few years out of date) related to starting pay in Portland, Maine. Can anyone provide any information on what salaries/bonuses look like 3-5 years out if coming from NYC biglaw? Also, assuming most of these shops are designed to let you make partner if you are good, what does the partnership track look like? 5-8 years?
Thinking firms like Pierce Atwood, Bernstein Shur and Verrill Dana.
Thanks guys!
