Best Recruiters in Atlanta
I'm looking to lateral from NYC biglaw to Atlanta biglaw/midlaw sometime next year (2nd year associate). So I was wondering what the best legal recruiters would be in Atlanta. Or would it be better to try to work with the firms directly?

Your best recruiter will be a friend (or friend of a friend) who works at the firm. Especially in a smaller market like Atlanta, your search needs the deep- not broad. Firms don’t like paying recruiter fees.
