Considering moving in house. I heard that more and more companies are moving patent prosecution in house to save costs.
Does anyone have information about what in-house patent attorney salaries are?

This highly depends on location, industry, and seniority level. Can range from high five figures in low cost metros to $200k+ in high cost metros.
Check glassdoor, salary.com, or other sources for ballpark numbers. Also ask in-house people you know in the relevant market to give you a range.

I checked glassdoor, and the salaries seem to be about 140k for mid level. That seems low. Am I off?

It's depends on location. Minneapolis? Very reasonable. SV? Way too low.
