resume Q: experience before education?

Post by latetotheparty » Sat Nov 04, 2017 3:47 pm

I saw some sample resumes for 3Ls on various law school websites. Is this a regular thing? Does it really just depend on if you have something awesome in your experience section?

Thanks - my CSO is terrible, so I need tls for advice...

The general rule of thumb that I've heard is that while in law school and for the first x years after, education should be first. Then at some point it makes sense to switch.

Education first until you've done something (legal) more impressive than where you went to school.
