After being stealthy laid off, I have some website time left, but no remaining severance.
Would I be able to pass a background check? Do they ask for paystubs?

Re: Stealth Layoff/Background check?
Background checks vary from firm to firm. The one I just completed for mine was little more than a criminal and credit check. No contacting past employers or asking for pay stubs. But friends going to other firms have had to provide more detailed info.
