Working for a venture capital firm, and they wanted me to look into how the process of purchasing remnant assets works. They know I have no bankruptcy experience.
1.) Are RA's limited to intangible assets?
2.) Is there a separate auction process?
3.) Are there any resources i should be utilizing?
