Sidley NY vs. Latham NY
I am weighing offers from the two and am interested in litigation. I think I liked the people at Sidley better, but would love to get a handle on the quality of the litigation practice and cultures of each. Thanks!

Latham is a no-brainer. Sidley is not in the same league. Don't let the vault ranking fool you when it comes to NY. Sidley's NY office is not a major player in the market, and Latham is one of the top.
