Considering Covington, Simpson, and Davis Polk in DC. Anyone know about the culture of those offices?

Davis Polk DC is an outpost with a handful of practice groups. Covington DC is a full service megalopolis. Its very different and size will motivate the culture. STB DC seems like a cool outfit if you are interested in international investigations/regulatory practice or mergers, I don't know as much about it but I'd gather its still rather small.
