Hi all,
I'm about to lateral into capital markets work from a completely different practice area. I took securities regulation in law school but lost my outline... Any suggestions on how to prepare myself for doing this type of work, like good reading materials etc.?

What year are they starting you in as? If junior, then I would not worry about preparing (also, what group are you coming from?). Just read practical law and mofo FAQ once you start.Anonymous User wrote:Hi all,
