Latham (LA) v. Gibson (OC)
leaning 60% lit, 40 %corp. Like OC and LA for different reasons but about equally. Also like the people at both probably about equally too.

gibson is more lit heavy and latham is more corporate heavy but otherwise they're pretty much peer firms in the caliber of work they handle
if you have a slight preference for lit then it makes more sense to go with gibson
that office is pretty small though, so you'll have to decide for yourself if you wanna be in the huge mega office of latham LA or the smaller satellite one of gdc OC

If those are the only two options, it'll ultimately come down to location and practice area and how much you value the two.
