Kirkland vs. Quinn (IP - NYC)
Seems like the two firms' IP departments are actually pretty similar, but I'd really appreciate any feedback whatsoever that can distinguish between the two. Interested specifically in patent lit.

I've never confirmed this, but I think Quinn primarily does branded and Kirkland does generic. This distinction is starting to matter less, but my understanding is that generally you get experience earlier when representing generics. Regardless, both firms have the reputation of working you.Anonymous User wrote:Seems like the two firms' IP departments are actually pretty similar, but I'd really appreciate any feedback whatsoever that can distinguish between the two.
