I don't have anything usable writing wise from my firm( which is part of why I'm looking) and I'm assuming I'd have to get permission to use it anyway, and I don't want to suggest that I'm looking to leave.
What did folks use as writing samples? I did two years of clerkships--have people gone back and asked for old bench memos ?
