No time to recover after the bar to find a job that fits me, firm wants me to start tomorrow as a first-year Associate

diagnosed all kinds of disorders from ADHD, Major Depressive Disorder, PTSD Anxiety, Social Anxiety you need it. Been through threatening car accident and an abusive father that left me with rest of my family all for them to turn their backs on me later on for fighting as well. Law school required me to be on lexapro 10 mg and destroy my personality and sex drive for 3 years and getting off this SSRI has been brutal due to overwhelming anxiety.

My psych thinks just take a ton of xanax 0.25 mg with only a minimal antidepressant dose 25 mg instead of 50 mg and ill be fine yet I dont feel as confident and look for validation in everyone else instead of being my own man on a higher dose but dumbed down and miserable. Since I start tomorrow she just sent in Effexor SNRI and told me for me to decide on the meds, it's already too late to ask for another extension here. I know this isn't a medical forum and my docs said it's up to me, but anyone in a similar situation want to tell me what worked best for you between the SSRI or SNRI. I want to do away with both but not enough time. Thank you

Is this a troll attempt? If so, I find it highly offensive. Mental illness is not something to be poked fun at; especially given the prevalence of severe mental illness in the legal profession.

If this is not a troll attempt, then there's no one here who is qualified to give you any advice. Consult with your doctor immediately. Go to urgent care if necessary.
