Skadden LA v. Proskauer LA
How do exit options compare at the above mentioned firms? My general instinct is Skadden would provide better exit op's but how much better? Also, is partnership track at Prosksauer significantly more realistic than at Skadden, or are the differences marginal?

If by "exit opportunities" you mean "exiting the building to get lunch" then Skadden is far better.
Which group?

Proskauer corporate is okay (worked with the firm in NY) but if Woronoff were to walk they are screwed (that office is basically his fiefdom). I don't think the culture is great there but a few of the folks who have left have gotten some pretty great gigs (or ran to another firm).

Is this mostly BS or is he really "on his way out"? It seems as though he really does keep them afloat and without him they may be in troubleAnonymous User wrote:My firm shares a major client with Proskauer LA.
